"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Hello! I noticed you were an emoticonist and dropped by to check your gallery. I usually see every emoticonist's work in the Emoticon gallery, but I haven't seen yours The reason is that you've submitted your emotes to the wrong gallery.
Submit them to: Cuztomization/Emoticons, then choose the appropriate emote gallery from there.
Also, if you want more attention for your emotes, I suggest submitting them to groups like #Emoticiety and #EmoteCity!
